There is a known issue with the Mac browser, Safari, and how it deals with cookies and the kind of web
frame that PM uses for its program display. If the issue exists the person will typically get a blue log in screen with the Reliant Logo. There are work arounds that will allow the Mac to work.
1) Use Chrome or Firefox on the Mac
2) Have the person go to this URL directly
If the issue exists, you will typically get a blue log in screen with the Reliant Logo. Nothing needs
to be entered, just go to that screen. Once there, close that window. It should set the cookie for
Perform to open. Attempt to open Perform again.
