McDonald's: Onboarding - Administrator - Opt-In to Tax Credits with Neon TaxBreak

McDonald's Owner/Operators are able to opt-in to using Tax Credit Processing with Neon TaxBreak.

Complete these steps to use Tax Credits with Neon TaxBreak:

  1. Stores Settings: Operator logs into PeopleMatter. Clicks Settings.  Clicks Stores.   
    • Operator updates each store with FEIN.  Clicks Save for each store.
  2. Operator clicks here to download the Neon Power of Attorney and additional forms.
  3. Operator completes and mails forms to Neon Tax Break; original signature required:
              PeopleMatter TCP
              P.O. Box 8427
              Gadsden, AL 35902
  4. Operator will see Tax Credit Processing section under Features & Add-ons on October 26, 2017.
    • Operator clicks Settings, then Tax Credit Processing.  
    • Operator enters Primary Contact, Secondary Contact, and Fiscal Year End Date.  Operator clicks Save.
  5. Operator completes configurations listed below.

Required: Onboarding Task:

  • Click Settings.  Select your organization. 
  • Click Onboarding.
  • Set Tax Credit Eligibility task to Everyone.

Required: To pre-screen applicants on the job application:

  • Click Settings.  Select your organization.
  • Click Application Questions.
  • Set Tax Credit Eligibility section to Everyone.

Please note that Neon TaxBreak requires additional training.
