- In Locations, your organization’s restaurant locations are added base on Yum Tracker data. If you have any issues with location data, these must be corrected in Yum Tracker. Any changes made to location data in Talent@KFC will be overwritten by the Yum Tracker data.
- In Application Questions, one question, which asks if the candidate meets the minimum age requirements for the position, is turned on automatically for you. This must remain turned on. If turned off and a manager hires someone who is under the minimum age requirements for your organization, that new hire will not feed into MERIT.
- For Manager Onboarding, the I-9 Employer Review & Verification Task, the Equal Employment Opportunity Task, and the Select Team Member Role Task are turned on automatically. These are required for integration to Merit. As mentioned earlier, if these are not turned on, new hires will not feed into MERIT, and will therefore not feed into your payroll system. Always ensure the I-9, Equal Employment Opportunity Task, and Select Team Member Role Task are turned on.
