Single Sign On allows users to access PeopleMatter, when they log into another system such as their company intranet, without having to enter credentials a second time.
Prior to this release, if there was a problem authenticating the user on PeopleMatter an error screen displayed. However, the error gave the impression that PeopleMatter was down and provided no direction to the user.
With this release we have made the error page more helpful and provided the user with the Support team’s contact information to get assistance. We hope to remove confusion and provide our Single Sign On users with a better experience.
