Action Items by Location
Actions Items allow Administrators to send alerts and “to do’s” to team members. They are a great way to:
- Notify team members of new requirements,
- Provide team members with new information
- Send documents to team members and require e-signature.
They can also block a team member’s access to PeopleMatter until the item is complete. Administrators can send Action Items in the following formats:
- Acknowledge a message
- Read a document
- Watch a video
- Link to something
Prior to this release, Administrators could assign Action Items to individuals, roles or jobs. With this release we have added location as an option for assigning Action Items. You will find this option under the Who Receives This Action Item drop list on the Action Items page. You have the ability to assign by a single location or multiple locations and even by an entire state(s). If you have any questions on Action Items, feel free to contact our Customer Support team.
