SCHEDULE: How do Employees see their schedule on the web?

If your company is using PeopleMatter SCHEDULE, you can view your schedule in two ways:

  • Using PeopleMatter on the web
  • Using the PeopleMatter Mobile App

 

To view your schedule using PeopleMatter on the web:

  • Click WorkSpaces.
  • Under your organization's name, click Employee.

 

  •  On the Home tab, you can click My Schedule or you can click the Schedule tab.

  • Your Schedule will appear.  From here, you can take the following actions:
    • View your schedule for the current week including location, day, and time.
    • View your schedule at All Units or use the drop-down menu to select a specific unit.
    • Use the calendar icon to view a different week.  Use the arrows to move dates forward or backward.
    • Hide or Show Shift Offers.
    • Print a copy of your schedule.
    • If you hover over a day on the schedule, you can click the Request Time Off link to submit a Time Off Request.
    • If you want to submit a Shift Offer for one of your assigned shifts, you can click on the shift and the Shift Offer form will display below for you to complete.
    • If a shift has been offered by another Team Member, you can click to volunteer for the shift.

 

 

To view your schedule using the PeopleMatter Mobile App:

  • From the Employee Home Screen, you can see your Next Shift. 
    • If you click Next Shift, you can view your full schedule.
  • You can also follow this path:  Navigation Menu  Schedule/Schedule.
    • Your schedule for the week will display.
    • You can click on the specific shift to see more details.  You can also offer your shift from here.
