All Administrators and Managers have the ability to rehire a former Team Member. If the Team Member has been separated, you should see the Rehire button on the Work Info tab within the Team Member's record.
- If you do not see this feature, it will need to be turned on by a member of the PeopleMatter Support Team at the request of your organization's administrator.
- If this setting is turned on, all of the following roles would be able to rehire:
- Primary Admin
- Financial Admin
- Business Admin
- Human Resources Manager
- Business Unit Admin
- Custom Store Manager (if configured)
- Business Unit Admins may not rehire anyone previously marked as ineligible for rehire.
