To inactivate an Action Item:
- Log in to PeopleMatter.
- Click WorkSpaces.
- Under your organization's name, click Administrator.
- The Administrator WorkSpace or HOME tab will appear. Click Go To My Action Items on the right.
- Your list of Action Items will appear.
- Click the Name of the Action Item.
- Here you can view a summary of the Action Item.
- On the top right, click the Inactivate hyperlink.
- Important Note: This action cannot be undone. Once you mark an Action Item as inactive, it cannot be re-activated.
