Understand where your highest quality and highest quantity of applicants are coming from with Talent Analytics. Currently in Beta, Phase I gives you insight into the reach and performance of your applicant sources.
Who can access Talent Analytics?
You must have one of the following roles in the PeopleMatter system to access Talent Analytics:
- Financial Admin
- Primary Admin
- Business Admin
- Recruiter Admin
To access Talent Analytics (Beta):
- Click WorkSpaces.
- Under your organization's name, click Administrator.
- The Administrator WorkSpace or HOME tab will appear. Click Talent Analytics - Beta.
What information is available?
- Quantitative data helps administrators understand how sources are performing:
- Identify the number of applicants by source and daily performance.
- Qualitative data helps administrators understand the quality of applicants by source:
- Identify the percentage of applicants hired.
- Identify the percentage of applicants not completing the application (i.e., drop off rate).
- Identify the percentage of quality applicants based on the assessment rating.
- Administrators can drill-in to view details on each source’s performance.
