On the Recruiting tab, Job Postings allow the Administrator to create targeted application links for specific locations and jobs. This is great for sharing to job boards or directly with candidates that may have been referred and screened prior to applying online.
To create a job specific application URL:
- Click the HIRE tab.
- Click Recruiting.
- Click Job Postings.
- Follow the prompt to select a location. Click Next.
- Follow the prompt to select a job. Click Next.
- The Job Posting Link will appear. You can right-click to copy the link and post it where you need to. Click Back, Get Another Link, or Done.
- You can also use the Reporting feature to run a report on all location specific application URLs and all job specific application URLs.
