Why am I not able to see my course in Internet Explorer?

  • If you see the following screen when starting your Learn course:

  • Make sure your ActiveX is unchecked under Tools
  • Steps to check: 
  • Click on Tools in the toolbar at the top of your screen (left-side)
  • Look for ActiveX, if it is checked, click the word to uncheck it 
  • Try to log back into PeopleMatter and access your course
