I need help with…

I'm seeing an error when entering my driver's license on a background check request. What do I do?

Candidates may be asked to submit driver's license information during the Background Check process.  

If you are seeing an error when entering your driver's license, follow these steps:

  • Select the Driver's License State first, then
  • Submit additional information.

The system requires the Driver's License state to be selected first in order to validate which format the Driver's License should be entered.  

If you continue to receive an error after following the above instructions, please contact the PeopleMatter Support Team.

    Helpful tip: When entering Driver's License, please make sure you are not entering extra characters and spaces after entering the license number.

    In some cases you may have to close browser or clear browser history/cache to enter Driver's License number again without error appearing.
