There are some functions within the Peoplematter system that a Business Unit Admin can perform that you may not want all of your managers to do. For these instances, you can use the Custom Store Manager Role. This role can be customized to remove certain actions from your managers' access.
To access User Roles at any time, follow this path: Settings. → Select your organization. → Company Settings/User Roles.
To customize the Custom Store Manager role:
- Click Custom Store Manager from the list on the left.
- Click the checkboxes next to the settings you want to enable for the Custom Store Manager.
- Click Save.
