The list below will describe when an email notification will be sent out and to who for Sterling Background Checks.

Returned as Green A Background Check has been returned as Proceed for [Employee/Candidate] Requester and additional roles configured from settings
Returned as Yellow The Background Check initiated by [Requester] has been returned as Needs Review for [Employee/Candidate] Requester and additional roles configured from settings
Returned as Red The Background Check initiated by [Requester] has been returned as Needs Review for [Employee/Candidate] Requester and additional roles configured from settings
Reviewed and changed to Proceed The Background Check initiated by [Requester] has been reviewed as Proceed for [Employee/Candidate] Roles configured from settings
Reviewed and changed to Discontinue The Background Check initiated by [Requester] has been reviewed as Discontinue for [Employee/Candidate] Roles configured from settings
Returned as Error An error occurred while processing your Background Check for [Employee/Candidate] Requester and additional roles configured from settings
Ordered Background Check has SSN that duplicates a previously submitted BGC A duplicate SSN has been found for [Employee/Candidate]. Background Check has been paused until reviewed by an admin. Requester and any email addresses listed in Company Settings -> Background Checks
