How does account creation work if our Administrators/Managers use shared logins?

Important:  It is a best practice to ensure each and every user has their own, unique access to PeopleMatter. 

Should your team continue to use store emails as is, password reset links would need to be generated by you or another Administrator directly from that Manager's Team Member Record.

The reset password workflow for a user was built with the hopes that they could manage the reset password workflow WITHOUT having to jump to an inbox that may or may not have gotten that email. 

Security questions are used in the initial account creation process and for password resets.
