If the New Hire did not receive the onboarding email, first have them check their email's spam folder. Managers and Administrators can resend the onboarding email from the Team Member's Record.
To view a Team Member's Record and resend the onboarding email:
- Click WorkSpaces.
- Under your organization's name, click Administrator.
- The Administrator WorkSpace or HOME tab will appear. Click Team Members.
- Team Members will display. Click on the Team Member's Name to view their record in detail.
- Click on the Onboarding tab.
- You will see Manager's Tasks, Team Member's Tasks, and Tax Credits. Click Team Member's Tasks.
- Click Send Onboarding Email.
- The Send Onboarding Request message template will appear. Click Send.
- The Team Member will receive the email, which will provide them with a link to create their PeopleMatter account and complete onboarding.
