If your POS system is not pinging the PeopleMatter integration platform, follow the steps below.
Reset PeopleMatter service
To reset the PeopleMatter service click Start > Run.. and type "services.msc" without the quotes. Find "PeopleMatter Service" and right click it, click stop and wait for it to stop. Right click it again and select start service.
Please ensure your firewall allows connection to the following url and port
Make sure the POS machine is turned on and has an active internet connection.
