E-Verify Cases stuck in Pending status after receiving Employment Authorized result (Resolved)

On September 9th, we experienced an issue with a PeopleMatter server not functioning as anticipated. This resulted in some E-Verify cases becoming stuck in the Pending status. Our team is currently working to manually update those cases and remove the pending status. They will be addressed in order of occurrence. The notification below is what admins will see on the E-Verify Cases page. 

The server causing this problem has been taken out of rotation. 

Once the cases is manually updated, admins will be able to interact as normal with the E-Verify case.
