Why can't I login to the Mobile App?

You must have an active PeopleMatter user account on the web to log in to the mobile app.   This means you need to be able to log into PeopleMatter from the web on a computer at 

If you cannot log in to either the web OR mobile, you can try the following:

  • check the spelling of your username and/or password;
  • reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot Password' link on the sign in screen for the web application;
  • reset your username by clicking the 'Forgot Username' link on the sign in screen for the web application.

If you have an active account and CAN log in to the web, but cannot log in to mobile, you will need to call PeopleMatter support to resolve the issue.


Please note:  If your organization accesses PeopleMatter using Single Sign On (SSO), you will not be able to utilize the PeopleMatter Mobile App.
