Forms can be viewed by managers and employees several places within the system. If you are not able to view the forms, you may not have the correct permissions within PERFORM.
Access to completed forms should be available once you select PERFORM within the Administrator Workspace. The Evaluations Due page should appear as the main PERFORM page. You may also access them from the Module drop down menu or the sidebar on the left side of the page. Additionally, a link to pending evaluations should appear in the Need to Complete section at the top of each page within PERFORM.
To access the form, click on the blue icon in the Evaluation Form column of the form you want to view.
