Managers can use the PeopleMatter Mobile App to access some items within PeopleMatter SCHEDULE, including:
- Roster - View the Team Members scheduled for work at your assigned units.
- Working Now - View the Team Members currently working at your assigned units.
- Shift Offers - View, approve, and deny shift offer requests for Team Members at your assigned units.
- Time Off - View, approve, and deny shift offer requests for Team Members at your assigned units.
Within the features listed above, the Manager can also:
- Reassign shifts
- See the number of hours each Team Member is scheduled for the week
- See if a Team Member is in violation of Affordable Care Act and/or Overtime limits
- View contact information and availability for each Team Member
