Administrators and Managers using E-Verify in PeopleMatter will be required to complete E-Verify training within the system before they can complete E-Verify workflows. In addition, Administrators and Managers will be required to complete ongoing training periodically to ensure compliance with E-Verify; any required training will be triggered automatically.
To complete E-Verify Training:
- Click WorkSpaces.
- Under your organization's name, click Administrator.
- The Administrator WorkSpace or HOME tab will appear. Click E-Verify Cases or I-9 Documentation.
- The following message will display. Click Begin Training.
- Complete the training.
- Pass the required test with 70% or higher. You can take the test multiple times if needed.
