Set-Up: How do I access E-Verify Training in PeopleMatter?

Administrators and Managers using E-Verify in PeopleMatter will be required to complete E-Verify training within the system before they can complete E-Verify workflows. In addition, Administrators and Managers will be required to complete ongoing training periodically to ensure compliance with E-Verify; any required training will be triggered automatically.  

To complete E-Verify Training:

  • Click WorkSpaces.
  • Under your organization's name, click Administrator.
  • The Administrator WorkSpace or HOME tab will appear.  Click E-Verify Cases or I-9 Documentation

  • The following message will display.  Click Begin Training

  • Complete the training.  
  • Pass the required test with 70% or higher.  You can take the test multiple times if needed.

    I completed the E-Verify training over a year ago and would like to review the training. I still can't seem to figure this out.

    Hi Kimberly! Once you take the training, it is not available to access through the PeopleMatter system. PeopleMatter actually provides that on behalf of e-verify. We have a few KB articles that may be helpful to you. You may find those here:
