Unable to complete Custom Forms during Onboarding Process (Resolved)

What is happening:

Some Administrators are unable to complete the required Custom Forms in order to send the onboarding request to a newly hired employee. It appears to get stuck on the E-signature page.

Root Cause:

It seems to only occur for customers that need to complete more than one custom form. Our team is still working on a completed resolution.
