FAQ: Does scoring low in one area throw off the person's entire Assessment score?

Annie -

The Job Fit Report indicates an overall score for Personality and/or Cognitive Results:

  • Green - 86% to 100%
  • Yellow - 71% to 85%
  • Red - 70% and below

On the Job Fit Report, if an individual scores low on one or a few dimensions, it will impact the overall score.

 

The Attitude Report indicates an overall score for Attitude Results:

  • Green - Low Concern
  • Yellow - Some Concern
  • Red - Serious Concern

On the Attitude Report, if an individual scores low on one or a few dimensions, it will impact the overall score. 

 

Here's an example:  

  • An individual scores in Red on the Hostility scale within the Attitude Report.  The overall score will be Red or Serious Concern even if their scores in the other dimensions are Yellow or Green.
