How do I include Spanish or French translation for onboarding documents?

PeopleMatter does allow for Administrators to create custom onboarding tasks for Employees and Managers. At this time, however, PeopleMatter does not have a way to offer the same document as a Spanish version or as a French version.  As a workaround, there are two options available:

  1. The documents - Spanish, French, and English versions - can be combined in to one PDF and uploaded in to a single task.  You can guide the individual with text at the beginning that reads, "For the Spanish version, scroll to page X" or "The French version begins on page X". 
  2. Separate onboarding tasks can be created - one in English, one in Spanish, and one in French. 

After the task is created you can add a description in English, Spanish, and French if needed.
