Heartland: Adding Jobs to PeopleMatter

Summary: Jobs that are added to PeopleMatter must go through ADP first. Be sure to contact Julie Richard to add a job!

Steps for Julie:

  1. Add a Job: The job needs to go through ADP first so that it can be added to PeopleMatter with the appropriate codes
  2. Assessments: Make sure the assessment is turned on and under the correct job category
  3. Background Checks: Turn on under Background Check Settings
  4. Application Questions: The specific job title needs to be added to any questions that are set to "Custom"
  5. Onboarding Tasks: The specific job title needs to be added to any questions that are set to "Custom" and any required tasks need to be added
  6. Requisitions: If the job requires a Requisition for hiring, open up a Requisition.
