Steps for Julie:
- Add a Job: The job needs to go through ADP first so that it can be added to PeopleMatter with the appropriate codes
- Assessments: Make sure the assessment is turned on and under the correct job category
- Background Checks: Turn on under Background Check Settings
- Application Questions: The specific job title needs to be added to any questions that are set to "Custom"
- Onboarding Tasks: The specific job title needs to be added to any questions that are set to "Custom" and any required tasks need to be added
- Requisitions: If the job requires a Requisition for hiring, open up a Requisition.
