Why can't I move forward to complete I-9?

If you are having trouble completing your I-9 Form, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure you are are using an updated web browser. You can also try using a different web browser all together.  For assistance on updating your browser, click here.
  • Avoid selecting any click to download printable version option on any sections of the I-9 as that will direct you away from the site and often time results in individuals getting stuck on the page.
  • If you are unable to view a Next button, then you may also try selecting the Ctrl and Minus keys to zoom out on your screen.
