If you need to streamline applicant flow (for example, walk-in applicants), you can also utilize the tools listed below.

Organization's General Application URL

Each organization has a company-specific URL that directs the applicant to search for locations and open positions within that organization.  This requires your Business Alias.

Your Business Alias can be located in PeopleMatter by following these steps:

  • Settings. Select your organization. → Company Settings/General Settings.
  • The Business Alias field is listed.

You will then substitute YOUR BUSINESS ALIAS into the URL as shown.

  • The URL is https://my.peoplematter.com/BUSINESSALIAS/hire
  • For example, a company with a Business Alias called "dessertbar" would have a URL that appears as
    https://my.peoplematter.com/dessertbar/hire

Location Specific Direct Application URL

  • Under your organization, click Administrator
  • The Administrator Home WorkSpace will appear. Click Reporting
